THESE RULES SET OUT WHAT YOU CAN AND CANNOT DO WHEN USING IMAGES THAT YOU DOWNLOAD FROM THIS WEBSITE

Our Services contain our copyrighted material and images which are are owned solely by us and our licensors.

This acceptable use policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of our Services and supplements all other documents, policies and terms governing your use of our Services.

This AUP sets out the terms under which you may use any images contained within, or created by our Services. (“Images”) which include but are not limited to screen shots taken when using the Services, images contained within pdfs created by the Services and images contained with the Services themselves.

1.1 You may only use Images for your own internal business purposes.

1.2 Images may be sent to your customers, but only as part of the services that you provide to them.

1.3 No Images may be made publicly available or published online.

1.4 No Images, may be used for any marketing purposes for example, use on a website, in brochures, flyers, magazines, leaflets, advertisements or other marketing or advertising materials.

1.5 No screen shots of our Services including our software application interface or content therein may be included in any Images.

1.6 You must not use our Images:

1.6.1 in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;

1.6.2 in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;

1.6.3 for the purpose of harming or attempting to harm others, or for the purposes of promoting the same;

1.6.4 to represent yourself as our agent, partner or affiliate, or make any representations, warranties or guarantees in respect of the Services; or

1.6.5 to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our Services in contravention of the provisions of the agreement you have with us.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLIAMER

2.1 All Images are used at your own risk. No warranty is offered or given or implied for any losses or costs of any nature, incurred by the usage of any Image. This includes the costs, actions or losses of any third party for any reason whatsoever.

2.2 By using any Image, in any way, whether authorised or unauthorised, you warrant and agrees to indemnify us for any loss or damages, of any nature, incurred through the reproduction of that Image. This includes, but is not limited to loss of reputation, loss of future work, any conflict with existing or potential Image licences or existing or potential exclusivity or the costs, actions or losses of any third party for any reason whatsoever.

4. CHANGES TO THIS AUP

If after receipt of such notification you continue to use our Services you shall be bound by the revised AUP which will apply to your use of all Images thereafter.
